Delivery of products

Orders are placed and received exclusively via the Site. Before ordering, it is the Member's responsibility to check and determine full ability to deliver Products. Correct Customer's address and post code/zip code, User's up-to-date telephone number and email address are absolutely necessary to ensure successful delivery of Products. All information asked on the checkout page must be filled in precisely and accurately. Posh Tide will not be responsible for missed delivery because of a wrong delivery address or a wrong phone number. Should you like to ask for a change in the delivery address, notify a change in a phone number or have any other special requirements, please contact Posh Tide. We are not responsible for stolen packages. Missing packages must be filed as a claim with the shipping carrier.

Posh Tide delivers to Customers easily within the continental USA. Some products are packaged and shipped separately. Posh Tide cannot guarantee delivery dates and accept no responsibility for Products that are delivered after the estimated delivery date, apart from advising the User of any known delay. Standard delivery times are shown on the Site. It is only an average estimation, and some deliveries can take longer, or alternatively be delivered much faster. All delivery estimates given at the time of placing and confirming an order are subject to change. In any case, we will do our best to contact you and advise you of all changes. We try our best to make delivery of Product as simple as possible.

At Posh Tide we focus on product quality, great service and a speedy delivery. We dispatch many products within 24 hours of receiving the order, but to be safe please allow 2-5 days for fabrication. Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. The estimates don’t include the time it takes to create your products. 

Shipping costs differ based on the type and quantity of products in an order. See the final shipping costs during checkout.

Larger orders can take extra time depending on volume. Production times can occasionally vary according to product type. Posh Tide does not count weekends or public holidays as production days. Delivery to PO Box addresses in the US is not possible.

Please note that if we dispatch after 2pm EST, parcels are usually picked up the morning after. At this point, unfortunately no delivery address change can be made. In the case of express delivery, the next working day counts as the first day of delivery.

We currently have a flat rate of $3.99 for small items shipping within the Continental USA and $4.99 to Canada, $9.95 for tracked items shipping from the United Kingdom, and $14.95 for larger tracked items shipping from the United Kingdom. Special orders may incur additional shipping costs. Please be aware that some areas within Europe incur VAT charges.

Adverse Weather Conditions
When there are adverse weather conditions, deliveries to some parts of the country can be affected. To minimize delays we work closely with multiple carriers like FedEx, UPS to avoid disruption. When your order is dispatched, we will inform you of which courier was used. Information and updates regarding delivery services can be found on carriers websites (we provide links in order info) as well as local weather news.

In Case Of Transport Strikes
In case of post or mail strikes, Posh Tide is still able to deliver your items fast, excluding Sundays, because we will upgrade to express when shipping from Europe. We suggest you have your items delivered to your work address. We are not responsible for stolen packages.
